Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the payment has been processed. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid us for the use of the services for the past twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veridian Bloom and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any claim, liability, damage, expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or loss in connection with your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Veridian Bloom shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, or failures of telecommunications or internet services.
Account Termination and Dispute Resolution
You may terminate your Veridian Bloom account at any time by following the instructions within your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to certain features and content may be immediately revoked. Veridian Bloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove your content, and prohibit your access to the service for any reason, particularly if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or pose a risk to the platform or other users, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Upon termination, Veridian Bloom will adhere to its data retention policy. We will generally delete or anonymize your personal data after a reasonable period, as required by law or our business needs. Certain data, such as aggregated usage statistics or legally required records, may be retained indefinitely. Information you have shared publicly, such as forum posts, may remain visible even after your account termination, though it will no longer be linked to your profile.
